Returns Processing

Belle Boutique will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags, or defective merchandise for return within 14 days from the date on which you received your package.

For returns received within 14 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment. If received after 14 days, restocking fees will be charged. 

Valid on select styles, only while supplies last. Offer valid online only. Marked price reflect savings off original ticketed price. No adjustment on prior purchases. Offer not valid on purchase of gift cards, previously purchased merchandise, taxes, or shipping. 

Please email us the details to which items you want to return prior to sending.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges*. 

Once we receive your package, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. The charged shipping fee is non-refundable.

**Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale items, jewelry, shoes, socks, bodysuits, intimates, hats, hair items, swimwear, belts, candles, and scarves are Final Sale.

* Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• We inspect all return items and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition of the merchandise. Any items returned in poor condition or does not comply with our returns policy will result is a 30% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Returns that do not meet our return policy, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, 30% restocking fee, or denial.
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Return has been processed.
